A family kitchen at the heart of Marquette

Kitchen 64 is a family-run restaurant serving homestyle American comfort food, made from scratch, in downtown Marquette, Kansas.

Homestyle cooking, the way it should be

Kitchen 64 is one of Marquette's newest restaurants, and we've set out to do one thing really well: cook honest, homestyle American food, from scratch, and serve it like you're a guest in our home.

There's no big, static menu here. We keep it small on purpose and let it change with the seasons — often just one dinner special a day — so every plate gets our full attention. It's the kind of hearty, familiar comfort food that makes an ordinary weeknight feel a little like Sunday dinner.

We're proud of the room, too. Guests tell us Kitchen 64 is warm, well decorated, and very clean — and that means a lot to a small family business in a small town.

Why our menu changes

A rotating menu keeps our cooking honest. When the menu is small and seasonal, we can buy fresh, cook from scratch, and put real care into each dish instead of holding a huge list of options on a steam table. It also keeps things interesting — for us in the kitchen and for the regulars who come back to see what's on.

Rooted in downtown Marquette

You'll find us right on Washington Street in downtown Marquette — the same block as the Kansas Motorcycle Museum, in the heart of the Smoky Valley. We love being a stop for locals and road-trippers alike, whether you're here for the museum, headed out to Kanopolis Lake, or just looking for a good meal.
